Who can use the Biolab?

The Biolab is reserved for District 3 life sciences startups who are bringing their research to market through our Launch or Grow program.

How much does it cost to use the lab?

Our lab is free to use for any of District 3’s life sciences startups who are part of the Launch or Grow program. We don’t charge any fees, we don’t take equity, and your intellectual property remains your own.

Does being part of District 3 Biolab grant me access to other Concordia facilities?

Depending on what you are looking for, you may have access to Concordia’s research labs and facilities.

Do I require safety training to use the Biolab?

Yes, you will need to get training provided by Concordia University Environmental Health & Safety after being admitted to the Launch or Grow program.

I’m a researcher, but I'm not part of Concordia University, can I still use the Biolab?

Yes, however the Biolab is reserved for researchers who are part of District 3's programs. Apply to Launch or Grow to gain access to the Biolab.
